At Donner® Music Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned instruments and electronics must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the instrument is being returned.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for defective items or specific exchange cases.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the product in its original box, including all power adapters, cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the received item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
